The Perfect Chair for Artists? Danny Larsen on the HÅG Capisco & His Creative Flow
When asked what makes the HÅG Capisco such a great chair for working on his artwork, artist Danny Larsen shared that he relies on it for its unmatched support and versatility.
“Without a doubt, the way it supports all kinds of sitting makes a huge difference. Sitting in the same position for too long isn’t ideal, but the chair allows me to move around effortlessly,” he says.
Larsen specializes in stippling, a meticulous technique first used by Giulio Campagnola in 1510 during the Renaissance period. This method involves creating entire images using tiny dots placed in varying proximity. We spoke with Larsen to learn more about his process and inspirations.
