“I was looking for a good price/quality ergonomic office chair as I have a back problem. I am a foreigner and am rather tall so it was important to have a chair that would fit my size.
In the past I experienced this to be a problem with standard office chairs here in Indonesia. I found Hållning Ergonomics on Tokopedia but saw there was no possibility to order it to Bali. I contacted them and immediately got a great response and they offered a solution on how we could deliver it to Bali.
Their customer service is impeccable and they are very helpful in finding the right chair when you hesitate in deciding which chair would be right for you. One week after placing my order the office chair arrived and I am very happy with it! So much that I have now ordered a second office chair for my husband as he ended up using my chair as soon as I would leave the office.
I can highly recommend this brand/shop to anyone who needs professional advice and great service. I am sure this is not the last product I will order with them. ”
