The insights gained from this foundational research led to intriguing departure points that addressed the diversity of workplace settings. With these valuable inspirations gained, a series of workshops were organised to visualise the findings. A trio of design studios – Anderssen & Voll, Big-Game, along with Hunting & Narud – was assembled to collectively brainstorm, prototype, and discuss ideas of work and the office. They questioned how the future of our workspaces can respect the autonomy and humanity of the individual yet maintain a sense of community.
