The Company
AKUART is an acoustic design company that develops high quality products for the purpose of sound insulation. We have perfected the concept of
sound-absorbing by combining acoustic regulation with printed surfaces.
We are constantly developing new ideas, and we always strive towards being the market’s most exciting and creative provider of printed absorbers. Functionality and aesthetics are the cornerstones of our design philosophy.

CertificationsWe specifically use sound-absorbing material, which is tested and classified as non-combustible according to EN ISO 1182. Moreover the basic material is certified according to the Danish Indoor Climate Label, the Building Material Emission Class M1, and is recommended by the Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association.

Eco FriendlyWe use sound-absorbing material that consists of more than 70% recycled glass and a plant-based binder. This makes AKUART truly eco-friendly.

If you want something original AKUART is the perfect option as we not only produce our own motifs but also collaborate with rising artists. RBM has a staff of product developers who, along with our designers, further develop the furniture. We not only want to make beautiful and functional furniture, but also want to create optimized and ergonomically correct working environments.

AcousticsWe have optimized the acoustic properties by using highly efficient 3rd generation glass wool, and creating space between the acoustical panel and the underlying wall surface. The outstanding result is an acoustic performance, better than the premium wall absorbers on the market.

This means, among other things, that architects, building consultants, and designers can unquestionably, count on a superior acoustic performance and on the acoustic characteristics of an AKUART sound-absorbing picture.
